The journal Developments in Mechanical Engineering original research papers notes and review articles in the field of mechanical engineering and mechanics and related fields of science. In particular: plastics processing, materials engineering, biomedical engineering, transport, and logistics. Articles must be original, as detailed as possible, and allow the reproduction of the experiment. Review articles must consider the widest possible range of achievements in the subject, in particular, refer to the latest developments. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The journal publishes articles in the field of:

We allow the publication of a collection of articles devoted to a specific topic as a special issue. Special Issues are led by Guest Editors, who is an expert in the subject and oversee the editorial process of articles.
